Some add-ons not displaying

I'm a GP Premium user (have been since 2014), and love it. A couple of the newer Add-Ons (Sections and MenuPlus) that I'd like to try don't display in my list on WP. If I try to activate them using the icons on the right side of the screen, I get bumped to the GP site with an option to buy them -- but they should be included with Premium, right? There's a place on the GP control panel where it asks me to activate my email to receive future updates, but all I can do there is enter my email address -- there's no "submit" or "activate" button. Any ideas?

If you're not seeing them it means you're using an old version of the plugin.
