Some add-ons don't work

Hi,
Yesterday I bought the GP Premium, I downloaded the file and installed but some of the options which I can see in your tutorial when you are in Personalize section don't appear in my Wordpress (Page Header, Element Spacing and Secondary Navigaton) and I have them activated.
Could you help me?

Can you link me to that tutorial? Those options have moved and I thought I changed all of the instructions to point to the new places.
