Would you be willing to reveal your secret source for the social media follow icons you have in your navigation and your footer? I'm having trouble finding a plug in that is as tasteful as what you have (and that includes instagram, doggone it!)

For the navigation - I just added custom links to the menu, and put the FontAwesome code into the label.
For example: <i class="fa fa-facebook"></i>
