Social Icons widget missing, top bar and footer area

Hey there,
I have the GP Premium theme and I'm trying to add the social media icons/widget to the top bar (or footer) across all pages. However I can't find the icons anywhere, and there doesn't seem to be a widget specifically for this that I can activate. I noticed the twitter and FB icons in the demo video, do I need to format these myself or is there a widget somewhere that I'm just not finding?
