When I add or change the social icons with the block present on the theme, they don't change for the mobile version. Why? When I look from the desktop of the computer the mobile mode is correct, but when I open my site from the mobile the social icons inserted on the homepage remain the old ones, which I had changed. I think it is probably a mistake of the theme. In that case it would have to be corrected. I await solutions. thanks.

that sounds like a Page Caching issue.
If you have any plugins or server side caching - try clearing or disabling the caches.
