Smooth Scrolling Doesn’t Work on Mobile

Hi,
I’ve added the CSS class smooth-scroll to the button “How Can We Help You Today?” on the homepage. I've also enabled Smooth Scroll in Customizer.
Although it worked on desktop and tablet, it didn't work on mobile.
I've cleared by mobile browser (Safari)cache but it still didn't work.
What did I miss out?

its working on my iPhone.
Can you connect the device to a different network and open the page in private/incognito browser. This will will eliminate any router, ISP and browser caches.

I did what you told me (which doesn't make sense because my desktop and tablet are using the same network, too) but still didn't work.
I guess it's my phone (iPhone XS) because when I tried on my wife's phone (Pixel 6 Pro) and son's (iPhone 13 Pro), it worked.
How odd. Have you tried turning the phone off and on again :) ( Sorry i am out of ideas lol )

Yes, I did. After I turned on my iPhone XS, I tested on Safari, Chrome and Edge, but all to no avail.
I think it's okay since it's only my phone.

Some days ago I had the very same problem. My customer wanted a QR-code using an internal anchor link. Worked perfectly fine on desktop, but not on mobile. I don't think it's a GP issue. I had the feature turned off in the customizer and used scroll-behavior: smooth; in the stylesheet. This didn't work either.
Besides, your site works fine on my Android 11 phone.
