[Support request] Smooth Scroll not working

Hello 🙂 I have problem on this site: http://www.mom.sos.pl

Smooth scroll isn’t working.

I tried to paste java code in my footer hook, but then the description and ratings on product page are gone. They just disappear. Seems like kind of a conflict with Woocommerce.

Also, I can’t achieve smooth scroll effect with build-in option (I am using SiteOrigin page builder).

Any solution?

What java code are you using? There shouldn’t be code needed to use smooth scroll.

Just need to make sure the option is checked here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/smooth-scroll/

Yes, I know there is a smooth scroll feature in GeneratePress. But as I have written: built-in smooth scroll option isn’t working on this site.

Hi Anna,

did you add the smooth-scroll class to your menu items? Without them it will not work.

What is the JavaScript problem? Is this related to smooth scroll or something else. Let me know
