Smooth Scroll not working

Hi, I'm finishing a site for my client and I have no way to do that you work the Smooth Scroll located at the links from the menu, specifically on the "Prices" tab
As I have seen that when applying the class, on the menu item, it is applied to the li element, and not a, I added the "generate_smooth_scroll_elements" filter with code snippets
I've tried everything I've seen here in the support forum but it does not work well ... can you help me please?

Can you try disabling “Combine Javascript Files” in SiteGround Optimizer to check if this may be causing the issue?

Combining CSS or JS file often causes various issue.
If this doesn’t work, can you try disabling SiteGround Optimizer and testing again?

Disabling SG Optimizer but there was no result, the problem persists.
In any case if I am logged in the Back, the minification is not produced in the front and the problem is also presented.
The truth would be important for me to find the error, I have tried to deactivate other plugins in case a conflict is being generated but I can not find the fault.
Any ideas?

i used the browser developers tools to add the smooth-scroll class to a menu item and it worked.
It doesn't matter that the class is added li element. Can you add the class and then clear any browser caches and retest the site.

I'm sorry to tell you that I've already tried this before in different environments and devices and without any results on my side... not working.
Unfortunately it seems that he resists, I think I'll have to desist...
