Small bug on Header layout in Customizer settings

I think I found a small bug on the Customizer while trying to change the Header Layout. Let's say, "Navigation Alignment" is set to "Right" for primary navigation. Then at Header->Layout, clicking the "Use Navigation as Header" works fine but unchecking it again sets the "Navigation Alignment" back to left without remembering the previous setting.
