Generatepress is very fast and optimized for seo but I made a website that is not as fast as I want.
Can generatepress be slowed down by a template?

The theme itself won't slow your website down.
Try a tool like this: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
It's saying that third-party code (Google maps, Youtube etc..) is blocking the main thread for 880ms, which is significant.
I would go through their suggestions and try to fix as much as possible.
