Slow LCP loading time - H1 Heading is the problem

first thing i see is the WPZoom social icons, i am not sure what it is with that plugin but it loads a LOT of icon fonts. 10 files in total weighing in at 800kb

And you can see the hell it plays on your loading here:

If all they are being used for is the social links in the footer, then swap them for the core Social Icons block or use GenerateBlocks Buttons block to build your own.
If you need social icons then find another plugin ( this i a good free one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shared-counts/ )

Fix that and we can take another look if its still slow.

As a note: the H1 is pure HTML, it gets loaded with the main HTML and it has no resource dependencies - so the H1 itself is just the LCP element, not the problem for why its taking so long to load.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it

I removed the plugin and re-ran the test you did, but I can see from the waterfall that it is still loading five of these files. Consequently it still seems slow. Would you have any suggestions on how to remove these?

Those font file requests are being made by CSS. Which has been saved in the FlyingPress Critical CSS.
You would need to regenerate that. Not sure how, as that plugins docs only has this:
