[Support request] Slow backend

My sites are unusable.this issue was only temperuarly fixed. I’m ranking high on first page of Google now for both sites and soon as user clicks it takes so long to load sometimes.this is quite clearly an issue. Any support would be great.

i tried testing your site on GTMetrix and it reported an Analysis Error related to the SSL Certificate is not trusted in all Web Browsers which may be the issue.

Aside from what David mentioned, consider this:

The first link suffers more from this than the second link.

It’s sheer size is pretty huge. It’s roughly around 12mb. (thats a lot!)

Considering the context of the topic, It doesn’t seem like only a backend issue as it looks like the site needs optimization especially the images.

Minifying your scripts and stylesheets should help too.
