[Support request] Slight error after importing Uno template

I imported the Uno site layout into a new wordpress installation. The mobile phone did
not import correctly. The phone image is very large vertically and solid black. I can send
a screenshot if you like.

Gp theme version: 3.2.1
Gp Premium version: 2.2.0
Elementor version: 3.8.0

Hmmm… so Elementor has done some HTML optimization, which removes several of the legacy wrappers in their code.

On a performance side that is good.
But for Uno, it is not good, as many of those wrappers were required to make that specific effect ( its custom CSS ). And unfortunately i do not have a working solution to resolve that, which means we will take Uno down from the site library.

Thanks for the quick response. Bummer, it’s a pretty cool effect.
One other thing, when I go through the remove existing site import
process, it hangs at ‘restoring content’. when I check pages, the
page is gone. Going back to the site library install it still detects
something and goes though the removal, but completes almost instantly.
just an fyi.

We’ll take a look at that removal issue.
And ill see if i can replicate that effect using Blocks 🙂
