Sliding contact Buttons?

Hi there,
i'd like to have some buttons on the right side of a website for some kind of contact menu.
In general it should be like the solutions on this side here (orange buttons on the right).
can this be done with gp and gb?

The principles the same - just make the buttons what you need instead of social icons
edit - found a solution to my first problem -
i entered the css class into the block-element as ".sticky-xyz" - because i copy+pasted this part from the css code to avoid a typo. The dot in front has to go for it to work.
Took me a rewatch of the video to find that mistake.
As i want to make those buttons expand a text area on the side - as in the linked example - i still have to find a solution how to do that.
Aah... the expanding/slideout text box isn't something you will achieve without Custom Development.
