    Hello

I have used the “before header” hook to place text above header, but now am
needing to put more announcements, and scroll them or use a slide show type
    of presentation.

I’m using Beaver Builder, and a testimonial box/module, full width, would work. Is there
a way to use hooks to do that? Place a text slideshow before the header?

If not, is there a way to rotate multiple text phrases using “before header” hook,
so different event announcements would appear, one after the other, in slide show
    fashion?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

You can add as much content as you want in the hook.

Just need to wrap them in <div> like this:

    <div>content 1</div>
    <div>content 2</div>

Let me know if this helps.

    Thank you Leo.

I placed some content using that format- it is static.

Is it possible to place slide show style content that rotates text to get attention?

    Thanks Leo.

    I will check it out.

Definitely looks like something I could use somewhere,
yet I need something that will show one announcement at at time
and not sure this will work for my current problem.

Also, it is accessed through the
WP text editor, BUT if I use that, it will dismantle
what I’ve done with my Beaver page builder (if I remember right)!

I’ll check and see if it produces a short code that I can access
outside the text editor, and try to put it in the “before header” hook.

Do short codes usually work in GP hooks?

Thanks so much for finding that puppy!
