You will need to look for a slider plugin for this, add the slider before the container.

Might need some custom CSS to make it work.

Let us know when the slider is added.

In the slider settings, is there an option to make if Full Width ? If so can that be disabled, as that looks to be causing the issue.

Sometimes it maybe takes a while to load correctly, but I think it might be because of cache or the browser, let's see what the customer says.
