slideout toggle menu showing on desktop view - why?
5 replies · Started by Trish on August 28, 2020
Two other websites I have used this theme on have given me no issue with this.
Yet, the third one is displaying the slideout toggle menu on the nav bar (to the right) in desktop view. Please help?
It not only looks silly being displayed on a desktop computer, but if you click on it, the overlay is blank. So, it is obviously NOT necessary in desktop view.
Thank you in advance,
Trish
Hi there,
Can you make sure the off canvas option is set to Mobile only instead of On?

@leo
HUGS!!!!!
I could NOT find THAT anywhere online. THANK YOU!!!
But now I'm curious... using my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy Tablet E), I can see the "normal" nav bar and not the mobile menu. Why is that.
I'm guessing that the tablet screen width is above 768px which is above the breakpoint when mobile toggle kicks in.
You can try increasing the break point here:

Oooh... okay. Thanks again @Leo for your quick and very helpful response.
No problem :)
