[Resolved] Slideout theme problem – vertical menu text – GeneratePress Premium

i recently started to design my own website with GeneratePress premium.

I copied the Slideout-theme (https://gpsites.co/slideout/) and set some basic things up to test around. At some point, i deleted the text that is shown right on the menu bar that slides out.

I mean that “slideout” vertical text under the burger-nav-icon in the example link from gpsites.co – desktop view.

How can i get that text back on my site (https://einfach-falten.de/)?

in Customizer > Site Identity re-enable the Site Title.
