Slideout Navigation suddenly deactivated

Hi Guys,
The Slideout Navigation, which I use to display my menu on mobile has suddenly stop showing even on a desktop. This happened even prior to updating the Theme today.
Any ideas?

P.S. I have deactivated (and deleted) the W3TC, Autoptimize and Async Javascript, this plugins all together were showing very good results for caching improvements. But, the problem persists.
Sorry, I'll need to play with W3TC or Autoptimize w/ASync Javasrcipt. This is causing the problem as after deletion the menu is back.
