Slideout menu title order

How can I change the order of the slideout menu items and the menu title?
Actually the menu title rendered right next below the menu items.

I also tried to put a text widget above the menu but did not succeed.

Instead of using the widget, try creating a new menu:

and assigned to slideout menu:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location
