Slideout Menu Disappeared

Hi there,

that site is using a Divi Template which is replacing the entire theme template, which includes all the hooks the theme uses to insert things such as the Off Canvas Panel. Is it possible to change the template back to default ?

Yes it is using Divi built using Divi Builder.

But the setup was same in the old staging site also and menus worked perfectly fine there.

I can see that - but on your old site it is using the default theme template and the content. Whereas on the broken site the theme template has been replaced with a Divi Template. I am not a user of Divi - i would assume there is a setting somewhere to use the default theme?

You Are Awesome. Sorry, I do not have any technical knowledge. I added a global footer via divi and this caused the problem. When I removed it, it works.

I am chatting with divi support to sort it out.

Updated: Seems like it is a bug on Divi's side and they are working on it.
