I have found the offending plugin - NextGen Gallery !

How curious, yes nextgen is activated and I am having the problems i'm afraid. I am using Google Chrome.

Do you have this added in your hooks somewhere?

Looks like it may be causing the error.

Can you try deactivating your other plugins to see if there's some sort of conflict going on?

I have deactivated all my plugin's and the problem seems to be between nextgallery and the theme.

NexGen Gallery? It's notoriously quite buggy - perhaps try Envira Gallery instead?
