Slack in the Margins

I'm not sure how to even describe it other than there is "slack" on the left and right side of my page in mobile view. You can left and right scroll it and it will bump out and you'll see some background and then bounce back. How do I take out that slack? I don't see that in other sites. I had a couple of people say it looked like maybe something with the theme. IDK...I tried turning off minify too. Thanks ahead of time.
I found a -10 margin in the phone number but it was only showing it on the pc view, not the mobile view. I'm going to report this one to Elementor.
