Hi there,

if you select a Block in the editor, go to Advanced, and an HTML Anchor eg. my-content

Then you can add the jump link of #my-content to your menu item or button

Ok, step 1:

Edit the page.
Select a Block.
In Sidebar -> Block -> Advanced > HTML Anchor:

Add your anchor text eg. my-content

step 2:

In Appearance > Menus
Add a new Menu Item -> Custom Link

Add your link eg. #my-content
