Sizing a container so the 2 containers in the grid stay aligned

Hi
I am using the prime tempelate from the site library
The issue I have is with the first container containing an image slider to the left and the headers and buttons to the right.
When the page is open on a 23" monitor the image and the headers in the container are aligned. If I use the minimize, Maximize, restore down button and shrink the size of the page then the container no longer stays aligned. The image shrinks whilst the header box stays the same size. Is there a way to have these shrink together as the screen gets smaller so as to stay aligned?

Hi there,
you need to make sure that the right hand column Container does NOT dictate the height of the grid.
Currently it has 150px padding, if you reduce the top and bottom padding ( on Destkop and Tablet ) so its no longer taller then the slider on smaller screens. Then you can set the Grid to vertical alignment to center:
