Size of header image to request

I want my website to have my site name and tagline as the image on top as most sites do it.
I'm using the tasty layout but I have no idea what size I should request someone to design a header image in. Can anyone assist?

Look how this site up there has a logo on top with the flower....
What size do I need mine to be? I want to add it on top just like that.

It's really up to you.
The best solution is to get your logo image in SVG file type then you can resize it using the logo width option in the customizer:
