Is there a setting for sitewide default mobile padding, specifically when using the full width layout?

Hi Hannah,
In the Customizer, there should be a mobile icon you can press. So, for instance, if you’re setting the Content Padding, if you’re on mobile view, the padding should take effect only on mobile as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQujdKOY
