Sites don't seem to be responsive

One of my team members is working on the following two sites:
http://engagemedia.tech/roam
http://engagemedia.tech/acms
Using GP and Beaver Builder
Both look fine on desktop (the sites are designed for mainly mobile viewing) and don't appear to be responsive. I'd appreciate any insight as to the issue so I can share with my guy. I might be able to figure out on my own, but if you'll pardon the personal share, I just got back from a funeral for my father-in-law, and just don't have the mental energy to dig into it right now.
Can anyone assist please?

Got it sorted. The issue was in the Beaver Builder Global Settings. When we duplicated the site, it did not transfer the same global settings. Once we applied that everything was resolved.
