Site Wide Row/Banner Under Menu

HI, firstly awesome theme. Will be heavily promoting it on my website.
Not sure what terminology to use so please be patient with me.
I want to create a site-wide banner across the full width of the page that sits under the menu with a link.
I can do something like this with Beaver Builder by adding a row and so on but that would mean all content needs to be built and edited with this builder.
I prefer a more simple solution if one does exist so I can edit and create pages using the default Wordpress editor.
Is there a simple way of doing this?
Thanks
Hi there,
You can create a header element for it:

Let me know if this helps :)
Absolutely awesome thank you.
Just 2 other questions and will leave you to it.
1. Is there a way to add a button to the banner hero and when clicked it expands the hero to show some content?
2. Can the title of the page or post appear in the here? I am presuming yes with the addition of some code.
Not thinking of adding both together at this stage.
Thanks Again
1. That would require some custom coding unfortunately.
2. Yup - take a look at this example:

Thank You for your help.
No problem :)
