[Resolved] Site Title and Site Tag Appearance

Hi!

This is a new WordPress install, my first effort with GP. and I’m just beginning to figure out how to move around the theme.

I’ve turned off the Site Title (Lucy Barber) and Tagline (Fine Are Painter) in Site Identity, but they are both still showing at the left, inside the placeholder banner.

Browser and server caches have been cleared. The server varnish cache turned off.

Hi there,

That is super strange.

The options should definitely work.

Can you quickly disable all plugin to test if there is somehow a conflict somewhere?

If that doesn’t help, leave all plugins disabled and send me the dashboard access to take a look.
