    In the Search demo site, the site tagline is showing up even though the box to hide it is checked.

    It’s happening on two different sites of mine (with GP Premium and GenerateBlocks Pro), including one that has a fresh install of the demo site.

    How can I make that go away?

    Can you clear and disable your caching plugin first?

    Should have noted that I already had done that on the other site.

    But now I’ve done it also on the one I gave you, and it’s still there.

    That’s strange. Haven’t had any other reports on this.

    Can you take a step further and disable all plugins and activate the parent theme to eliminate any odd conflicts?

    If that still doesn’t help, please provide the dashboard login for us to take a look.

    Parent GP theme was already active. I only had HappyForms activated but have disabled it too. If I disable Generate Blocks, the page won’t load.

    I’ll provide login credentials.

    I’m not using that site, so feel free to wreck it!

    Hi there,

    i went in to your site, enabled the site title and published the changes. Exited Customizer. Then went back in and disabled it and published changes… seems to have fixed it. Let me know.

    I had done all of that except for exiting the Customizer between changes after publishing.

    Thanks. That worked on the site that matters also.

    Thats an odd one – i can only think that maybe your server has page caching enabled and it, for whatever reason, didn’t clear after those changes were made.

    It was happening on two sites: one hosted on Hostgator and one at a local hosting company.

    I will just start exiting the Customizer after any major change now that I know.
