Javascript files that take a while to load - What do I do?

Hi good day. My name is Roopesh
I am an owner of a website. I installed GP theme two years ago. I done an SEO audit, and one of the results that I got is a really slow mobile speed result 19/100.
This is what they had to say:
-You have Javascript files that take a while to load

Hi there,
I'm going to guess that the javascript files aren't coming from GP.
Have you tried disabling all plugins and running another test?

Thanks for your response. I deleted some of them, and it made a slight difference to my desktop, it jumped to 90/100 speeD. But mobile is still bad.I must also let you know that I have thrive plugins active Like the Thrive architect and Thrive leads. Those help me keep the home page and opti-in for my site.
You reckon I should try the Asset Cleanup plugin? is that a good idea?
