Hello,
Is it possible to check out why my site still doesnt have optimal speed?
I have changed another theme to generate press theme premium, because I was told that it is the best theme available regarding speed issues.
So I installed everything according instructions and have also installed Autoptimize and configured that according to your instructions that I found on this forum.
I must say, it helped, I have been going from a 'red zone' on pagespeed insights to orange. But still there is a big problem with unused javascript and I don't know how to resolve that.
I don't use ppc ads, just 1 banner on my site and affiliate links. http://www.everythingverysmall.com
SO the generate press theme can't be the issue no longer or yes?

I don't believe the javascript issue is coming from GP.
Can you disable all plugins except GP premium to test?

So I deactivated all plugins first, sitespeed turned green.
Reactivated autoptimize and generate blocks, still green.
After that reactivated GP premium and it turned back to orange (77% percent)
So it seems to make a difference?
Is GP Premium the only activated plugin right now?
Do you want me to that now, activate only gp premium?
So if I do that, the speed is on orange with 57 percent.

one of the biggest issues i can see is the Sharing buttons are making many requests to facebook and pinterest servers.
You may want to try a different plugin for your share counts - this one comes highly recommended:
