Site slowed down?

My site has gone from 90+ for both Mobile and Desktop on Googles Page Speed Insights and I don't really understand why?
The main issue is on Mobile which is now down nearer 50.
It suggests that I need to: <link rel=preload> to prioritize fetching resources
Is this something that I can do or is it something that a theme does?
Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi there,
go to Customizer > General and change the Icon Type to SVG - this will remove the need for that font altogether.
