Site reset to default

Hi Guys
I just had an issue with a client who's site has been reset.
What I mean is that when visiting the site it basically asked me to install WordPress.
I am sure it is not related to GeneratePress but I thought it was worth a mention.
All themes, plugins and WordPress were up-to-date.

Hi there,
i would check with your host, to see if they can shed some light on what caused this.
