Site not optimized for small screen size

If you check out the website at http://whatismyscreenresolution.net/ you will see there is no space on the sides of the post pages.
They look very unoptimized and stuffed (Mostly on 10 and 12 inches screen resolutions)
Can you please let me know how to fix that?

you need to add some padding to the Customizer > Layout > Container.
