Site not getting indexed - error in required structured data element

Hi Team

I set up my new website more than 2 months ago and my site hasnt been indexed by google

When i check in search console under coverage it states - Indexed, not submitted in sitemap

Furthermore when i inspect the URL i see the following error

URL is on Google, but has issues

Under Enhancement section / AMP ---> AMP page is valid with warnings

AMP Issues --> error in required structured data element

I have installed the official AMP plugin furthemore i have the correct GP Plugin as well

My AMP Template mode setting has been set to : Transitional - i had similar issues with Standard mode before and hence i switched to transitional

Kindly advise on how i can get this resolved ?

This is impacting all the pages on my site
