[Resolved] Site Not Accepting My Licence Key

Sorry if I have missed something here. Having followed all the instructions in the video and read the documentation I cannot find the answer. After inserting the licence key I am left with the circle of doom and am unable to activate the premium version. I have added the site to my licenced sites list but that has not made a difference.

Hi there,

have you tried regenerating your Permalinks ?
You can do this by clicking Save Changes in Settings > Permalinks.

If that doesn’t work, when you see the spinning circle. Right Click > Inspect the page, to open the browser developers tools. Are there any errors in the Console tab ?
