[Resolved] Site Navigation CSS not working on mobile version

I have added the CSS code to reduce the compactness on navigation bar. But the code is not working on mobile version.

    padding-bottom: 4px !important;
    padding-top: 4px !important;
}

Yes. Has been fixed by adding the mobile navigation css.
