site logo size differ when login and not logged in

hi guys, can someone help me look at this pls. my website url attached.
you can see when its not logged in state . it should not be like this. there is extra responsive code generated when not logged in not sure coming from where.
i have never tested the site with log out state so this could be an old issue.

i discovered its something to do with the swift performance cache that im using.
