Site Logo Disappears

So Im throwing together a test site using this theme, and currently I am working on the logo of the site. I have the logo on the main site, however when scrolling down the page, the "sticky" logo/menu area only shows the navigation menu, and my logo disappears. Where is the setting for this?
Hi Cory,
Try uploading your logo in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation logo.
Then set Navigation Logo Position to Sticky.
