Site Logo and Website icon ulpoad not working

Hi,
I tried to upload a Site logo and Website Icon under Options of website information.
Regrettably I can't upload anything, cause no file explorer is opening to select the file.
I also tried browsers without any installed extension to rule out the cause.
What could be the problem here?

Hi there,
can you try temporarily disabling any plugins to see if there is a conflict ?
