[Support request] Site Loading on Safari

Hi, our website is not loading the images properly on safari and explorer. It works fine on chrome (although we were previously getting a 500 error on chrome).

We already contacted our hosting provider (SiteGround), and they couldn’t find any issues on their end. They stood us to contact you guys.

We have updated GeneratePress to the latest version, all plugins are updated, and our site is in good health. Wondering what we should do from here? We will attach a screenshot of the home page on Safari.

Hi there,

Have you tried disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts?

Does the same issue happen if you use a twenty series default theme?
