I am interested in creating a new site that looks like this: https://www.geosociety.org
Is this easily makable with GeneratePress, and/or with one of the starter sites?

Hi there,
The particular layout is definitely be doable with GeneratePress but some of the contents like the tabs and the slider may require third party plugins and you may have to resort to custom script for the scroll based animations.
