site library unavailable on localhost

Hi, I'm working on a local site using Xampp, I have Apache 7. The problem is that it doesn't show me the site library.
How can I fix this bug?

Hello,
I'm trying to view the Site Library on my local site and only see "No sites were found."
I've gone through all of the steps included in the article: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/site-library-unavailable/
When using the Query Monitor it says "No HTTP API calls." so I'm wondering if this is available on local?
I'm running PHP 7.08, so that was the last step to check.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Hi there,
thats sounds more to do with the configuration of the local install.
Check the Site Health report in Dashboard > Tools and make sure the REST API is running, it will show an 'Problem' if its not.
