Site Library Unavailable - cURL error 51:

I cannot update the list of libraries on the site.
Does not connect to:
https://gpsites.co/wp-json/wp/v2/sites
? per_page = 100
How is this problem resolved?
Hi there,
that error means your server is using a very old version of CURL and/or OpenSSL. To fix this, your server needs to update both your SSL library and CURL.
Speak to your host to see if they can update both libraries
The changes indicated in the hosting provider were made and it still does not work ... another way for a solution?
