Site Library title stuck for mobile view

I'm using Read from the site library. I love it BUT I haven't been able to replace "Read" as the mobile site title with my own site title. I have all the Site Identity items modified to my liking but "Read" still shows up when I get down to pad size. I've searched everywhere I can think.
The site is at reio-demo.withflare.ca.
Help!

Make sure to re-upload the mobile header logo:
