Site Library Templates: Images and Icons Replacement

Hi,
I'm starting to play with Site Library Templates.
I wonder how could I replace images and icons? but not one by one. Rather in this fashion...
Let's say that I downloaded crypto, and instead of replacing images and icons as I progress in the customization, I want to locate its folder and swap all crypto images with my own at once (for customization purposes, since my site won't be related to crypto). Of course, I'll use the same names of the original images to avoid initial conflicts of the theme finding the images. It's like preparing a folder with my images and then swapping Crypto's images/icons. I hope it makes sense.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a method like this and don't believe it's possible in a WP environment.
All of the demo content would need to be replaced in the page editor.

I think I've done it in the past (not in GP though), but I could be wrong. I'll explore it with file manager in a new fresh install by identifying which folders/files are created after downloading a new site template. I'd think that when developers create site templates, they will organize images and icons in a single folder rather than scattered in different folders, but not sure.
Ah, when you say page editor are you referring to:
a) A page editor for all the images and icons (like I use page editor to access the images and icons library and replace from there) or
b) The page editor, which I have access while editing each individual page?

Hi there,
images are saved in the default uploads folder in your wp-content, we don't add any extra folders as that would require a child theme.
Icons if they are those added in a GB block, then those are inline HTML so they would need to be edited in the page editor.
The page editor Leo means the standard WordPress editor.

Thank you. I have better understanding now. In the case of crypto, most of them seem to be at /wp-content/uploads/2021/06/
Yes, the default behaviour of the media library is to store images in the uploads within a /year/month subfolder that matches the date the image was uploaded.
