Site Library Demo Doesn't Import as Shown in Library

Hello,
I've tried to install several templates, but the demo templates aren't imported as shown. I would like the demo to be imported in its entirety and the theme to look exactly like the demo. I did check both of the boxes, including importing the demo content. All my plugins and theme is up to date.

I checked my files, and it was set to false. When I import the Creative Digital Demo, the footer is only showing. I imported it correctly, because I can see the demo. It's just not the entire demo. I'm not sure why the entire site isn't showing.

While importing, if you right click and then inspect, do you see an error in the console log?
This will help us determine if there's an issue as well.
Perhaps you also have a staging site you can share with us where we can do some tests?

Which site are you trying to install ? As it looks like there has been more than one installed. Let me know

Can you try temporarily disabling non-GP plugins, and then remove the current imported site you have, and import a new one?
It would be good to take a backup of your site before doing so.
