Site Library Site Reqires Generate Blocks version that isn't published yet

So when I try to install the "brand" site template from the site library it says that it requires GenerateBlocks version 3.1.0 but GB is only on 1.7.3.
WHAT AM I MISSING?

You may need to click Refresh at the bottom of the Site Library
